Question Management Enhancements
We’ve introduced features to give you more control over how and when questions are presented to participants, allowing for a more tailored and insightful assessment experience. New presentation methods include:
1. 1-Time Questions
Designed for time-sensitive insights, these questions are available for a set timeframe. Once answered or expired, they will no longer appear for participants.
2. Recurring Questions
To provide ongoing insights over time, you can now easily schedule questions to reappear at set intervals. Options include:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Every 6 months
- Annually
3. Assessment Campaign Assignment:
Intended for streamlined tracking, you can assign questions to an upcoming Assessment Campaign and tag past responses for historical analysis if the question was used in previous campaigns.
Improved Participant Responses Management
We’ve upgraded our participant response management system with powerful tools to search, tag, and filter responses efficiently.
1. Search Responses
Easily locate relevant responses using keyword searches, with highlighted terms for better visibility.
2. Tagging System
Designed for better organization, the improved tagging system lets you categorize responses by themes or follow-up actions and supports bulk tagging for streamlined management.
3. Advanced Filtering & Sorting
To enhance your response management, we’ve introduced advanced filtering and sorting options, allowing you to quickly organize and access the data that matters most. Key features include:
- Timeframe-based filtering: Sort responses based on assessment campaigns, recurring questions, or one-time questions.
- Custom Date Range: View responses within a specific period.
- Auto-Tags: Automatically categorize responses using participant details like location, specialty, and department.
- Custom Tags: Group responses by manually created themes for better organization.
- Filtered Results Count: When applying a filter, other filter categories will display the number of matching responses for quick reference.
- Legacy “Archive Phase” Responses: Responses previously archived will now be available under Timeframe > Phase filtering.
Data Visualization & Exporting
To help with data interpretation, we’ve introduced two new visualization options in addition to the traditional list view:
1. Tag Charts
View response trends visually with charts that update dynamically based on selected filters.
Two chart options:
- Count of responses
- Percentage of responses
