Your team did the work — let’s help others see what’s possible

We're gathering success stories from organizations using the Well-Being Index to turn workforce well-being data into real action — and we'd love to feature yours. Participation is designed to be flexible, low-effort, and entirely on your terms.

Why we’re asking

Across healthcare, leadership teams are still figuring out how to move from well-being data to organizational action — and the examples that help most are real ones. We’re building a library of case studies that show how teams like yours used the Well-Being Index to understand what their workforce was experiencing and do something meaningful with that information.

Your story doesn’t need to be a finished success. Lessons learned, unexpected findings, and works-in-progress are just as valuable to the next organization figuring this out as a clean win is.

Ways to participate

Pick whatever fits your time and comfort level — these aren’t ranked by importance, just by how much involvement they ask of you.

Lowest involvement

Quote or testimonial

A short written or recorded quote about your experience. We draft language from a brief conversation; you approve the final wording.

Low involvement

One-page infographic

Our design team builds a visual one-pager based on your story — a result, a turning point, a lesson learned. We do the heavy lifting; you review and approve.

Moderate involvement

Written case study

A blog or publication-style article about your experience. Either your team drafts it, or we interview you and write it for your approval.

Moderate involvement

Video interview

A recorded conversation we edit into a short video case study. No script required — we guide the conversation and you review the final cut.

Higher involvement

Roundtable discussion

Join 1–2 other organizations in a pre-recorded shared conversation — a good option if a solo spotlight feels like too much, but you still want to contribute your perspective.

Most involved

Webinar feature

Present your story in a pre-recorded, slide-deck format to an audience of peers working through similar challenges.

Concerned about what you can share publicly?

We can feature your story anonymously or with identifying details removed — we’ve done this before for organizations whose internal policies limit public disclosure. You’ll have full visibility into what’s published before anything goes live, and nothing is shared without your sign-off.

Let Us Know You're Interested

This isn't a commitment — just a way for us to understand what might work for your team and follow up with the right next step.
