What does the Pilot Program cost?

The Pilot Program provides many opportunities for discounted pricing, up to a waved license fee and an extended free trial, depending on your situation. Submit your application above and if selected, we will reach out with what discounts are available.

What is your support like for setting up and rolling out the assessment?

If you are accepted into the Pilot Program, you will work with a WBI Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. Typically, this process includes 1-3 meetings that last 30-45 minutes each. You will be shown how to use the tool and will receive everything you need to launch the Well-Being Index. You’ll also be able to reach out to your Onboarding Specialist at any time through the Support Portal with any questions you may have.

How do I qualify for the Pilot Program?
